Finally i can give answer to your question: yes. I have registered second account at Primedice forum and have created a thread -> Why user Xandry was banned?
For the unknown reason I was banned by Russian moderator Yaronovich.

At first I thought you mean it was better to use a VPN ("this rarely happens if you use a VPN"), but now I think you are talking about how sharing an IP by using a VPN can "sometimes" cause this problem.
