This account looks very suspicious. The user hasn`t written any posts for almost a month. Last Activity - October 09, 2018. On September 21 and 22, he received negative trust, after which he strenuously tried to sell his "own" (most likely stolen) account.

For all the time he hasn`t received a single merit, but distributed smerits to everyone in a row for useless one-line posts mainly in the Russian branch. I think that he and all those account farmers, whom he awarded with his smerit, deserve a ban, since this is a brutal violation of forum rules and a manifestation of absolute disrespect for the existing bitcointalk system.
