Consumers miss out accruing points and subsequently free hotel rewards

3-SEARCH BIAS

The manufactured bias through modified and reordered search results on OTAs ultimately costs consumers choice and value.

Completely agree with you,They have these special feature that put that project stand alone across the other projects.
