It is possible but we don't know exactly how long it is going to take, look at the market the price of Bitcoin is kept declining which we cannot able to predict exactly, experienced traders already intimated there won't be any bull run this year.

The market is still in a pent-up and resistance levels have not been broken. Need more catalysts from positive news. Maybe it will be difficult for Tom Lee's prediction to come true.
