Trading will always be unhealthy for anyone who approaches it with levity, no knowledge, no practice to gain some experience and subject to losing a lot, which is why a lot of people get too emotional, at some point, start chasing loss recovery because they seem to see trading as gambling. As long as you do not have what it takes to guide you most of the time, you will always get screwed and at the end perform in some unhealthy activities yourself, and it is has nothing to do with trading but you.
