You can't "solve" it. You copied text that you didn't write and tried to pass it as your own. It's plagiarism and the ban is permanent.

No wonder there are so many people getting ban from bounty campaign because there's not much contribution from these users only generic report, this is one of the reasons why I seldom join these social media campaign that needs to post your report.
