No, you can write positive feedbacks. Negative trust does not stop you, and you are free to make a complaint in the Reputation section if you feel that the feedback is unjustified. There are checks for power in place and I can be excluded from my trust ratings being excluded by default. You are not censored either; if you were referring the the double post that was deleted by a moderator, double posting is against the rules.

Seems like all of my price boosts exist but none of them do anything. If I'm being individually limited, it would be nice to have an email notifying me.
