I work in same field and things like this just happens, so I understand everything you said, but this is rather rare situation even for me, when thinking about possible solutions. Thats why I expressed my doubts and I estimate it will take very long time to resolve, but I believe you resolve it at the end. I appreciate you acknowledge the issue and are working on it and hope it will not happen with my future deposits I'm going to make in next days again.

Anyway, lesson learned even on this side - to always check the address you are sending BTC to in blockchain.
