The only option is to hodl, this trying times is the time to know the true believers of crypto, a time to separate the weath from the weed. Generally, markets are always of such nature, experiencing a time of downthreading, and the crypto market is not an exception, so the onlt option is hodl and wait patiently.

Based on people mind and requirements they are selling their crypto. Someone is not believing and in panic sell their coins and few require money for some urgent need also sell their crypto. But to earn good profit one has to hodl the coin for long term and when the market pumps up they can sell and earn.
