There are still project that escapes the attention of scam catchers investors are more wiser now, but these scam ICO are also getting better and mind you even legit project is having a hard time with their volume and price, they do not want to scam people but their platform is not well accepted to the community.

There are just clever ones that also learned how to get away from those who dox the profiles of the team members, I think they those are the ones that actually displays real people on their webpages but are actually not developing the projects, all they want is to collect coins and then then leave on the channels, team are gone but still reply wait for the next news. They still want to investors to keep waiting whens there is nothing to wait.
