I don't think you can get investment if not a loan. Especially like what you said, no experience. Maybe if you are rich guy, it will be easy to get someone who work for you. Because idea will not really help in this business.

When someone is rich enough the he wont ask for the investors,he need to convince the people related to those business then he can get successful through his project successful.

That is my point. If OP rich, maybe he can get someone who work for him. But in this forum, we can't get any investors only with idea. Maybe other people also have good idea too but never think to force him to get investor with this way.
