Nano have good tech behind, is very fast and feeless, but in my opinion is lacking good / aggresive marketing. Look at Tron, a shitcoin with nothing special but with aggresive marketing and a lot of partenerships is in top10. The good thing is that now you can buy it cheap, at under 1$ is a good deal.
