The Chinese people might be the one behind the creation of some gambling company which are in Macau and they might also run an operate an online gambling site but I'm sure it wont be on their country soil because the government arrested 540 people last year and we both know that they know how to force people to their law.

Yes they are and it was confirmed several times, some local police have raided Chinese run gambling casinos operating targetting Chinese clients and they operate outside of China, one example is the series of raids in Clark in THE Philippines.

I've seen this news as well about Chinese nationals is being arrested due to illegal online gambling operation which do most likely target out Chinese clients.

Only illegal type of gambling are being arrested and not allowed on china while legal form of gambling are still allowed , so there is nothing to worry about . this topic is only a false alarm .
