Not too much carbohydrates better to maintain foods have high carbohydrates because that's the reason for the person to become fat more protein is important and balance diet and exercise is the best to lose weight and you will be build muscle for sure.

Building muscle is different from losing weight,when we have high protein diet it will helps to grow new muscles but we must have to work it out and get in the shae or it also will leads to obesity.
