Do you think that totally new person to Bitcointalk knows what this means: "18. Having multiple accounts and account sales are allowed, but account sales are discouraged" if high-rank members with years of experience don't know for sure what that means until today? Together with countless other members caught after buying or selling and distrusted. There are threads popping up in meta frequently from such members.
