It's not underrated but it has lost its rated due to the bad development progress that created by NEO foundation and look at the fact how so many project buiilds in NEO has been massively moving their platform towards another smartcontract platform. Is there any reason behind that I have myself invested on neo also I recommended my friends to buy NEO . Even I feel same I think its better to sell some of my holdings.

NEO project is really attract the many investors so still all are holding the coin. But If you feel it will never move to forward in future it is your expectation. This month is good to raise all the crypto so wait and see this month or your wish. I think end of the year many altcoins are growing well so end of the year some positive update is possible.
