So, you sent them what they requested and they still did nothing? Or you didnt because you dont trust them with your data? If its the first, then it looks like it could be a scam. I sent my document, a picture of me holding a paper with "Stex" next to my document, the estimated amount of coins, and the CoinIMP.com transaction history for my account. They also ask for video, but before sending it, I asked if I could send it in my language. They did not respond to the email and the chat said that it had not arrived. I proved that I had sent and responded with: "Dear User
Please prove that you are the owner of this account. "

I recently tested BiteBTC with a small amount on WebChain. It was a fraud already reported in the forum and in groups on Facebook. If the blow was not reported on the forum, I would have deposited all my coins there.
