It isn't possible for Coinmarketcap to delist exchanges if they don't like it, they have to list all known exchanges because Coinmarketcap needs to be neutral even if YoShit as exchange isn't a good choice: Yobit Scam Accusation megathread. I believe CMC is trying to fight fake volume through their new verification process. Unfortunately, that number still seems to be able to be manipulated (If you believe the Bitwise report)
