No, we'd rather not see you blubber on in the forums. Read them. Refunds started 11th whether you you like it or not, so its only been a week. bobsag3 had to rebuild his blockchain... which is not just a few mins delay. Blubber next week perhaps.
The refunds are clearly not processed in order, as many people requesting refunds after me have received their refunds days ago, the main difference being that I initially kept communication private whereas those that have received refunds sooner have been posting here.

- there is no excuse to have 0 communication days at a time
- there is no excuse to treat customers unequally - i am tired of writing "how come some request refunds on 11th and get it, while some request on 7th and not get it"
- it is none of customer's f.ing business that poor bobsag3 lost his blockchain - if he cant even keep a backup, he cant be entrusted with customers' bitcoin
- they are all showing vital signals of life only when someone speaks out - look at DZ's, thomas's and bobsag's replies. it is always when they feel someone is "attacking" them - otherwise radio silence. any other post that is involving a question went unanswered.
