I don't think yobit will still go back tot heir old rules when they started the campaign in the forum.
IIRC, they allow all members to join even jr. member then eventually stick to member up...

This is the old campaign (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1036113.0), was launch last April 2015, and i think there's a reason why they only accept sr up now, and for sure this is for the good of the campaign.
