Your post literally says "you need to donate 10 BTC to become a Donator and change your username"; A few posts ago, someone literally said the same thing. However, he actually said that you need to donate 50 BTC to become a VIP, and then change your username, which indeed looks like to be the right answer:

Creating a new account would be the best choice for you if you don't like your username. Having multiple accounts is not prohibited.
