These multi accounting accusations that hits a couple guy like you these days seems increasing and looks like become a trend hmmm? I'm not backing sportsbet.io nor support you , here is just my experience in the past:

I have one account at the beginning back in early 2016 when they just started the business, I lost $2,000 twice withing 3 days and because I'm a bit superstitious I think those unacceptable losses caused by my unlucky account , so I decided to create another account and contact the cs ask them to erase/block my previous account with the reasons I provided above, they grant it and after that voila!! I made a claim on IBAS, firstly they do not had sportsbet.io in list of bookies, but after my call they add them. Now I am waiting for resolving and also asked sportsbet.io here and on emails for help but they decide to be quiet and non-professional.

I never claimed promotion or bonus, used just on several sports their boosts, sometimes lost sometimes won..I do not want to think that is problem.
