This is a difficult question but I am sure that this week we will see total merits distributed much higher than 4521 - that is the median of total intra-week merits (over 94 weeks since the birthday of merit system).

Personally I expect it will be somewhere around 8000 to 9000 (in the top ten of highest weeks).
