I don't trust any online lottery for local they are just 3rd party but we can buy a lottery ticket near to us and I think who manage the lottery here in my country is the government that is why every Brgy. here have near lottery outlets. I don't know how the lottery in other places works but here in my country it is hard to find which site where you can buy lottery tickets. Maybe only those far in the lottery outlet might buy tickets online I'm sure every country has a legit website that selling lottery tickets so better to ask some local FB group or local forum and maybe someone knows a legit website where you can buy lottery tickets online.

Its impossible on a certain country on haven't reaching out most places on a specific country where there would be a significant outlet on a certain city or capital which the community would able to purchase tickets and talking about online purchase is nonsense because the government wont
consider on giving out that option since tickets can be easily buy physically.
