What your country is?. Lotto in my country has been banned 30 year ago. Ilegal right now, but still people can buy it on background and police always patrols to catch dealers who sell it online and offline the market place.

Yeah if there is an issue to someone because of the legal rules against gambling then we have not to take the risk as if we caught one time by the police then we will be enlisted in blacklisted people and in his condition the police will always doubt on us in any bad situations. thats true but i guess the only thing they can do is to block those gambling sites or to block your ip address rather so that you cannot permanently access those restricted websites . you still dont have a choice than to play the legal way .

i believe that there are still legal gambling sites that supported by your local government and they dont ban or restrict these . the only disadvantage is that they dont usually accept a crypto and have a tax .

I also saw so many sites who are real as acceptable by government so we can use them but they will take remarkable profit from us so better use only good sites And not to get deceives but we can use some other sites as well so its all matter of time if you get good site or not. Gambling should be easy to play without restrictions but government is afraid for people to be gambling Addicted.

Do I do not think that governments do not want their citizens to gamble because they do not want their citizens to be addicted as those states which have allowed gambling have left that decision on their citizens and do not interfere in that while other governments who have banned it because of their religious matters as their state religion do not allow them to legalize gambling.
