@FortuneJack theres no doubt in my mind that youre running a legit operation but in these type of cases its best if you give the user all the detailed information available, and post pictures of your conversation here highlighting why you think hes a fraud. @amelik2 the best thing you can do is wait for their proof to come, and then study it and then post a counter reply stating what you agree with and what you disagree with. However do note the end decision lies with them relating to multi account frauds, and you should read their terms and privacy and prepare your response accordingly.

My question is: If FJ knows that this "user" is a multiaccount... why dont close the account the next day or stop him to make a deposit. That would avoid all this shit. What is not normal now that this guy win 5BTC and will not recieve anything when he already bets his own money (without bonus) to loose or win.

If you loose = Welcome and keep loosing.
If you win = You are multiaccount.

FJ, If you know this guy is multiaccount = Close account next 5 min. and dont let him deposit. Thats the fair solution, but now that he wins 5 BTC, its unfair you will not pay him. You should fire all you security stuff to let a "multiaccount" register, deposit, play and win in you site. When you starts to do the rights things, you will earn more points.
