Last question - who is holding the funds? Escrow? Im asking that because that influenced a lot on bestchange signature campaign. They didnt use escrow and BM got a negative trust for a period of time... as well as some people abandoned the campaign because of that.

Yes, keep checking rules and updates for more track of changes. The Quality of posting are heavily monitored time by time, those who try to against it can receive penalty because of their actions. Payment rate are not fix, it can be both high and low.
