Ah, thank you very much for these links, I did not know about them. You should give these handy guides to the support personal to give to people if they ask about this. It would be nice if the chatbot could have a automated response to display these links, if you ask about this on the chat screen. < The problem with this is the bet requirements to enable you to chat or to ask for help there and also the hostile response you might get if you did > Roll Eyes

It is nice that the tutorials are provided on your own forum and not external links to other sites, because that would open up a whole can of worms, if you get redirected to malicious phishing sites. Roll Eyes

@DarkoReborn these are really helpful tutorials, and Ill be honest I too didnt knew about these tutorials before. @Kakmakr Ill agree with your recommendations of automated chat bots giving out these tutorials, and itll be really nice if Stake can test it and implement it.

As said previously, newbies might not meet the minimum wager requirements to access the chat section, so they will not know about it, if it was enabled there. I think a better suggestion would be to put a small "?" next to each game and then to link that to the tutorials on the forum. Some of these tutorials are also a bit complicated, so I would suggest that it might be made a bit more "newbie" friendly. Roll Eyes

You can even add a "tutorials" tab at the top of the page, next to the casino / Sport betting tabs to give quick access to those tutorials. In any way, Stake.com is still a work in progress and a new site, so we might be expecting too much, too soon. Wink
