LoL, the way you talk just like them. Are you their employes?? When it come to cash-out which is mean you are asking for the money it should be there when they stated all withdrawal are instantly and some could go under security review for 24 hours max. There are no any reason that I have to wait more than that? I did not use any bonus, just deposited and played then won. You have to put yourself in my own shoes to understand it buddy.

We understand that you are frustrated on how the events turn on your side but the best thing to do is to chill out mate if you didn't violate any of their terms then your withdrawals will be processed on the said timeline maybe they just found something suspicious that's why they do a sort of investigation on your account. But if you think the timeline is long enough for you to wait maybe its best to contact them again to follow up your issue.

@baodo159 this is not the first time they’re investigating someone’s withdrawal and it won’t be the last time too, and for what’s it worth I feel they’re completely justified to do it as they’re running a legit business but few try to take advantage of their business and to protect themselves they need to do such checks. Also if you’re innocent just wait your funds will be released to you, just give them some more time to respond to you.
