I'm sure, then it's already a part & parcel in your life. Well it's not possible to quit it easily. Try to quit 2/3 Ciggarate in a week. I think thus you can control yourself and easily quit Ciggarate

We don't know why their parents allow them to smoke, but hm maybe it's because their habit in that society, so we will feel that it is strange and weird to see a child less than 10 years old are smoke in front of adult people.
