Try using a different browser or incognito mode.
Reset your router.
Check in spam folders.
Use their app.

Thank you very much, I will try the suggestion with the app, all other I already did.

Secondly what I tried just to exclude a major technical problem, I used same browser and IP etc. and created a new wallet to see if mails arrive there, it was also protonmail I used. All was going fine there. So it seems to be an isolated problem right? I have no guess how to look at this otherwise...
