If he do it for by his self for sure he can cheaply do that since he will never pay anyone to promote his site but this is not enough to maximize the promotion since we really need to have a good exposure to get a good result so the best option for that is to run a ads campaign in anywhere that have a great user base so that he can get a positive result on that matters.

creating pages on fb are a free of cost but theres also premium or paid service which they will expose your page on the fb's homepage .

fb cant be enough if we do want greater result , we need to promote on different platforms to be able to achieve that . he ask for it so he is also willing to pay but before anything else , he can start promoting here on this forum because this is the biggest crypto platform .
