That's pretty wrong review, I'm not the one to review it but it even says we don't have live chat and support when there's a mod on 24/7.

It states explicitly one can get in touch with a moderator via chat lobby but there is no standalone chat support - how is that wrong?

You can always use private messaging with the mod, not sure where it fall's expectations for support, the withdrawals are free, the mobile version isn't optimized and not a priority and doesn't work well for most but seemingly it states there that it doesn't work well for desktop which is the other way around for most of us around here.
I'm not the one to read this nor to say anything just couldn't not observe it, there are perhaps other things, feedback is most welcome.
