Did you increase the fee of your deposit ? Sometimes when I increase the fee on my deposit via RBF I would get the same errors but it's not a big deal since i've been there several times.

The support can't help you because their security team are probably the only ones capable of releasing accounts. Once you contact their security team it could take a few hours for your account to get unlocked.
