Everything first of all depends on what kind of coins you have. Different coins are placed on different exchanges. First of all, you need to look at the https://coinmarketcap.com/ site by the name of the token you are interested in. Can also search for the desired tokens on a decentralized exchange https://uniswap.org/.

Some tokens are not found by tokens search. I pushed smart-contract address to find project token like DEGO.
But as many say DEX is best way for ERC20 tokens.

That is why I pointed out a link to the most popular decentralized exchange, where you can trade tokens that are not yet available on centralized exchanges.
