We made the decision and have explained the reasoning.

Good to see that you will pay his winnings, but the handling of this issue doesn't really give me a lot of trust in Vervecasino...

hmm...i will say it was just an issue of misunderstanding. the fact that they paid is proof that they can be trusted.
