Its a newbie account which was created 3 month earlier and he is trying to provide his service through a self-moderated topic. Dealing with a newbie account is always risky and the risk the level is much higher when you will going to make a deal through telegram conversation. You have already got the experience what I am trying to say and you made the mistake by taking his service.

yeah, it was really my fault. I just need the account as soon as possible so just find it and send it without thinking.
too many buyers are out of stock that's why. but it's ok as long no one will buy from him again.
