Have you already tried rebooting your system? Also, do you use a custom data directory for the blockchain?

Sorry to answer this only now, I had to work on other stuff meanwhile but I am still stuck at the same point.

So yes the data directory for the blockchain is not at the same place because my C:\ hard drive is an SSD which is full, so it looks like the blockchain data went to D:\bitmonero\
So what should I do, reinstall everything on my D:\ hard drive? But since it is not a SSD, the synchronisation will take forever Undecided
