While the math and mechanics behind cryptocurrencies are complex you do not need to know about it in order to use them, this is something similar to what happens with cars, driving is easy but how car work is very complex but you do not need to know that in order to drive, I hear a lot what you are saying, but how are cryptocurrencies supposed to become easier to use? You just need to look for a wallet, download it, verify that the download is correct, install it, generate a seed, keep a backup in case you lose access to it, get some money in it and send a transaction, the only difference with online banking is the necessity of keeping a backup yourself, how can this be made any simpler?
