Since when winnings have anything to do with false provided information you moron.
What gives you right ( if we don't include you are owner of your own scamming casino) to connect not real infos with winnings ?
Is your name giving you the winning % or the playing ? Because one have nothing to do with the other.
In other hands, if there was anything suspicious or breaking rules of the guy play then you can be able to remove balance for reasons.
Of course no one will use his real details to newbie website from random newbie account, or you guys actually believe people will blindly trust your website to provide their full details without testing ?
A legit website would require KYC and FIX the misunderstanding with the name on register and edit it.
A scamming casino like yours will search all his ways to remove any winnings for stupid reasons.
Wrong provided name cannot be reason for removing winnings but only cheating for willing can be reason to remove balance.
You as manager/owner do not understand a shit about business and gambling, also as person, your greedy ways to not provide winnings to people will lead you to ZERO really soon.
