So if I were a victim I would try to stop this guy by contacting freebitco.in and letting them know what's up. His payouts are small but there's a chance they might be able to help identify him.

there is no chance for identifying him. i think. i also lost a lot to this guy. when btc was 2-4 k usd. he didnt have an intention to pay it. i dont think he has an intention now when btc is over 50 k usd. i think he is now in his another scamming projects.
