I have known Yoga for long time but does this really Help us? i mean our Body and mind ? Moving too slow and maintaining in one place the whole time?
I Jog , I run , I walk , those movement gives me complete satisfaction , But yoga ? is there someone that engaging in Yoga here that can lighten me out? thanks.
I would encourage holy meditation. Just find somewhere very calm and peaceful to listen to or read good materials and meditate on them in near calmness. It helps me alot.
When I started holy meditation, little noise would normally distract me but I have learned cope with noise now. Lots of time I use good sounds through ear peice to cancel the noise.
Use to experience things that feels like high blood pressure years ago. I would use banana, fish oil, other fruits/vegs to calm my irregular and high heartbeat. Thesedsys the problem seems to stop permanently.
