First , it says " the amount staked on the bets" not staked bet amount. But anyway, makes no sense. 
Second, of course its bad for their reputation because what they do is bad. I asked them 2 times in the thread why don't answer emails, no reply. Other people have the same problems. I also warned them if they ignore me again I have to open this thread, no reply.
No reply to emails as well. All they do is delete any criticism in their thread, that has been going for months now.
Somebody else posted this thread in their thread as well and they have been online, no reaction.
I just want my refund, it has been 4 weeks now. Ignoring your players is not the way to go. I will create a flag as well if after this weekend this hasn't been solved, what else can I do?

Welcome to the internet where we can't expect the formal English all the time!
I saw that their ANN is self moderated so they can choose which post wants to be deleted on their own but atleast you can post the deleted notification PM which confirms that they know about your issue but don't want to get any attentions

They know about my issue, look at the thread, I wrote about unanswered emails several times as well as giving a time to answer before I create this accusation.Those posts are there for everybody to see. Obviously you just comment without looking.
Check the time of my posts and check when they have been online the last time, coming to a conclusion? I make it easy for you, they are aware and still they give no statement, just like to all the other things many players complained about lately ( 3 rake increases in 6 months, the incident with xgoodfella who stole 2k from some other players, chat bans for no reason, swc employees that play at the site, and so on ).
Why do you reply anyway? Until now what you wrote is just some nonsense so please stay away. You even wrote about " the amount staked on the bets" , what is wrong with you?
