So it's clear support didn't take action against this as already they mentioned in T&C but support also don't know own T&C

We did take action against the user and let them continue playing on one account. The other account bd009 is different than last time and thus has been able to play. The users appear to be in different locations or use a VPN so although it seems clear they are the same user, it's not something that can be automatically detected.

We have now taken action against that user also and other similar accounts.

So it means you are ignoring user complains and when i complained here then you are said we have now take action and yes i want to say your supporter don't know own T&C sounds ridiculous in your t&c you are said only 1 account per household and read 2.B. conversation they said splitting wager to 2 accounts

We took action when you complained last time. The other account was different than this time. Last time it was bd00 and bd010 and we let bd00 continue as we told them to just use that account. Now they (presumably) used bd009 account this time. Different account.
