My sleep schedule has been getting worse, I have big tests this whole month and my sleep has been getting bad. When I started to sleep late it was like 1am or 01:30am or something like that. But know it's 2am - 3am and I can't sleep early because I'm so used to sleeping late, my eyes feel so tired but I can't fall asleep. So any tips? ( I wake up at 7am to get ready, so I usually sleep for like 5-4 hours mostly 4 and 45 minutes ( not exactly but pretty close).

I don't know if it's important to say this but it's exactly 01:45 right now.
Drink Alcohol each night , surely you will fall to sleeping.

But don't do it commonly because you might be addicted and will be alcoholic sooner.

That will help him sleep in the deep, but I do not guarantee that you will get a fresh mind and body when you wake up.

Before sleeping, you need to try to relax your body, do not think about anything, let it go because you need to take a rest for a while, so when you wake up, your body and mind will be fresh.
