Well, I asked their channel and (of course) they said that I have to submit a ticket to their platform and the results (as we all know) is no, they cannot help me with that situation.
The whole answers is:

This made me doubt that they really passed my case to their "technical department" or they are too lazy to do that and let their bots handle the work =))))

Some exchanges do recover users' fund sends on a different chain, but most of them require at least $1000 or more and an additional fee since they have to take a risk with handling their private keys.
You better be prepared for the worst outcome, but make sure to contact and ask them to help you. I won't be surprised if they say they can't do anything about it.

They will answer you correctly .
I remember in my Local wallet that once i have send a funds from other exchange in wrong wallet? but they come to help me and i get my funds back.

Maybe they are a real scam (or not, haha)
