OP said that his username is ‘spata’. By using the chatbot command I can see that he (spata) hasn't visited primedice since last two days. While OP created this topic 24 hours ago. So, it's clear that OP haven't visited primedice after creating this accusation, because he knows that he won't get the amount what he lost by gambling. This is fully baseless accusation

You overlook his statement. The support is the one who tells him to wait for 24hrs. He did not claim that he visit PD after he post this thread though. Just to be fair if OP really have money in line here. As we notice. OP is not fluent on English that's why he is having a hard time to express his situation to the support base on the screenshot he provided.
I hope PD will reconsider this case.
