We should know it by now already, take anything advertised with a grain of salt no matter what because all businesses wants is your attention so they all make clickbait advertising even if there is no grain of truth there. 24/7 isn't a real thing, it's just a number to make people look at their business plus it's not sensible for business to have a round the clock chat support.
i think it was a real thing because we have establishments that are open 24/7 unless if there is a problem with them and they need to close their service temporarily .
they only want to make sure that their costumer supports are good at handling issues because this is more important than how fast they can respond .
