Actually, that's no necessary if you have a lot of time to gamble, what you need to do is just be discipline all the time that you will always in control. That means you don't gamble above your limit, and you don't lose that control that would result in you chasing your losses. I experience that many times in my life as a gambler, so I know it's one of the biggest mistakes of the gamblers and the result is not always good.

Saying it is easy, we must be disciplined to control our emotions so as not to gamble excessively. The fact is that I always lose control several times
when I lose, because sometimes we do not realize that humans are difficult to accept defeat. It may take a long time for us to really control our
emotions when gambling, but in the near future I prefer to limit the time to play gambling. Because for me it is more effective to avoid me
from gambling addiction.
