you are asking each person to send $24 to your address and you are anonymous and we are in a forum where there is no way to know if you have good intentions or not. why would people stop playing Lotto in their countries where they have more security that they funds will be safe and to go on a forum and send $24 to an anonymous person on the pretext that it is a lottery? I would particularly take my 24$ and play lottery in my country and even the price of my country's lottery ticket is very cheap, it's less than $1 each lottery ticket.

it looks like he wants to use the 3% he would earn from this business for a living, maybe his story is true or he is scammers. but we're dealing with someone anonymous and there's no way to prove that he's honest, and i don't see much sense in his lotto game
